James Clark Properties has been in business from 1984 and have celebrated 20 years in May this year. We have grown from a very small concern to one of the largest construction company's in Fife, also proving ourselves in the wider Scottish market. After developing the College Street site at Buckhaven we became members of NHBC in 1996 and we have been members of constructionline, the government accredited list of approved contractors, for over eight years. Keeping our core staff we have expanded steadily, growing in size and increasing in ability to manage larger contracts: keeping abreast of the vast field of legislation that surrounds the Construction Industry and indeed all areas of employment. Through out we have maintained our reputation as a company that delivers a high quality and very personal service.
